White patch on eye lid
My daughter is having small white patch on her eye lid. When I show to dermatology near my place, they suspect it as vitiligo. And asked to apply Glenmate and Protopic. And another said to use Pacroma and Desowen. And another one told to use phototherapy. So I am totally confused. Looking for a better advice.

Phototherapy is a good option. Pacroma has good results. I would personally choose pacroma.

Dear Madam,  plz note that vitiligo has multiple modalities of treatment.  Kindly continue with the advice of a qualified dermatologist whom you have met since you'll be following up with that doctor.  If u aren't able to trust the opinions of doctors you have met,  how can our opinion as a dermatologist whom u haven't even seen, add a solution to your problem. Plz don't worry.  I do understand your anxiety.  But you could definitely consider the treatment options above including protopic or pacroma and phototherapy.  Desowen for first fifteen days of treatment is justified.  Warm regards,  Dr Govind .
