White patch inside mouth

Asked for Male, 20 Years

So their was a white patch inside my mouth. Pic attached. It has shrunk in 10 days but hasn't gone totally. It was small when it started , and is tiny now. I'm a smoker too, is it serious or am I just overthinking?

need not worry for now but you have to stop smoking.For now u can take b complex tablet and apply dentogel ointment if it's painful.
