I am having small white patch on lower back since many months. No itching. Not getting larger in size. First it was slight red, applied seroclab cream and was resolved. Now it has turned white.. no other issues associated with patch.

The cream you were applying was a potent steroid. Prolonged use of potent steroid topically can produce depigmentation. So you may be having steroid induced hypopigmentation.
But rule out other causes of white patches by consulting a dermatologist.
