I took a urine routine test it says 28hpf for the pus cells . And bacteria + in urine and I have been noticing white particles in urine . Would could be the reason for this . The urine culture previously said enterococcus species .

Urinary tract infection is common in females. Need to rule out any other predisposing factors leading to recurrent UTI.
