November 2016 I take a MRI then I found in white matter but I don't know about problems that why I don't not taking any madicien for this last 6 months neck shoulder  arm pain right side my cholesterol is high my bp is 140/100 how can we recovered such all things I sitting and working late night and white matter converted to gray matter please help me out and please natural reamady

Great you know ur problem. Insight is good but you need to take corrective actions now. You are too young to do a sitting job. Need to change your lifestyle with active hours spent on exercise and eat healthy food. BP is not good in long term. Could not understand ur white matter problem
