I have problem with whit matter in brain in my MRI results taken by 2016 November but why show white matter I don't know I have a problem with epilepsy in past almost 15 year before but now any issue my weight is 80kg my hight is 5.5 my cholesterol levels 256 my bp is 140/100 how to recover from all last 2 years pain in neck shoulder arm I think I use mobile lot I use it late night Please help me with nesseary madician and exercises  and home remedies

Hi there. I can see that there are a lot of issues like hypertension,  epilepsy,  dyslipidemia, some white matter issue that you mentioned etc that need to be addressed,  although neck and shoulder pain. A detailed discussion with you and detailed evaluation will go a long way in tackling your problems. Please consult with previous medical records.
