White lump in back of mouth/throat

There's a white lump in the back of my mouth, maybe on my tonsil? painful, Iv never seen it before, and looking a lot recently bc the pain has been a couple weeks now. I was a heavy smoker till recently, since the pain started. I did cough up blood a couple times, but thought I'd just broke a blood vessel from coughing so much. Tonight the air was super dry, my tongue Was hurting and cracking, then the throat pain got bad when I drank I could feel it. I took a video in my mouth that shows it
