I have a white colour lump in my lip, sometimes liquid comes out of this lump and also feeling dryness in throat for more than one month, also feeling mouth is unhygienic, what step I can do next

Hi. It might be due to vitamin deficiency
Kindly get it examined with doctor and have Ent checkup for thrust dryness.
