Young children frequently get a middle ear infection.infection travels from nose or throat to the ears through an eustachian tube that normally connects middle ear to throat. White liquid coming from ear indicates a middle ear infection and might indicate a ruptured or break in the ear membrane so it's important to get ear examined and your pediatrician should be able to help.
Next Steps
using xylometazoline nasal drops usually clears the nose and the fluid coming from ear will decrease.
