White layer in mouth

I see a white layer inside cheek and at throat. I had spicy food, hot tea frequently and i do smoke. Is it because of this?

White layer can be because of infection or lichen planus. Stop smoking and hot and spicy foods. Gradually it will increase. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment.
