White hairs due to Vitiligo
Sir,
I was having vitiligo from past 15 years. On my face. But vitiligo is cured but the hairs which comes on vitiligo patch is still white.
Is their any treatment or surgery due to which black hair can come?

hair might take longer time to return pigment as the hair needed a higher concentration of melanocytes to deliver pigment to hair. sometimes the hair does not return colour in which case transplant can be done locally for the affected areas. hope this is helpful .
