Having zincovit tablet reduce grey hair and hair fall is that helpful actually my routine is I'll take abc juice int he morning and after that muesli and lunch after lunch zincovit tablet and evening spinach banana smoothie is this s diet reduce hair fall or it will produce more heat in my body
