White granular Patches on back of throat
I am having white scratchy patches on back of my throat from last 1.5 months . I have consulted two ENT DOCTOR , 1st doctor said it is some allergy or due to acidic problem , he gave acidic medication and 1 anti allergic medicine for 2weeks . I took those medication and don't see any improvement. Another ent doctor told is mostly likely due to Post Nasal Drip and it is kind of Keratosis , he gave two nasal spray and out of which one is Steroid spray. Wanted to ask if the diagnosis is correct and should I take the steroid nasal spray ? I hope this is not any bigger Disease , I am scared . Any comments and help will be highly appreciated ? Also suggest how much time does it take to cure.

plz follow one doctor and use the medication sir not an issue to use steroid spray, as steroid tablets are not good but spray has minimal systemic absorption rate so no threat for you if there is postnasal drip this treatment is correct for you sir..

The above conditions is known as Laryngopharyngeal reflux//chronic pharyngitis Due to post nasal drip or due to acid reflux Taking the medications should bring about change in symptoms not signs The signs which you have mentioned will atleast take 3 months to resolve If there is improvement in the symptoms that is better and the diagnosis is correct if not we have to do further investigations
