I am having a white dry patch on my penis. It isnt itchy but it is expanding very quickly. the skin seems to have turned white, i think may he due to the fungal infection. it started as white dots and then gre rapidly. I am having those similar white dots under my neck now. Would like to know the remedey as soon as possible
