White dots/spots on nails
I have these white spots/dots/marks on my 2 particular nails. Left thumbnail and right middle finger nail... also right thumbnail.. But it's barely visible on it.
The thing is.. I don't understand why I have them.. They grow out then more come in their place.. in same line ever time.. It's in never ending loop.
I searched alot about white spots on nails but the results are always about those big white spots.. But mine are tiny pin sized white spots.. That too in a vertical line which keeps coming back. So what's it? What's the cause of it? Is it serious?
(Also I don't bite my nails..)

You'll need to do few blood investigations. Most the time iron or multivitamin deficiency will lead to such white spots called. Also we need to rule out any occupational and environmental causes.
