  4. White dots on my pennies. Plz advise me!

Suffering from white dots on my pennies circle and rashes on my scrotum, attached snaps also, don't no what happening but worrying a lot from past 2 weeks and I have consulted Dr through Practo but his prescription is not working from 4 days , plz advise me

the ones on your glans are pearly penile papules and nothing to worry about, the ones on your scrotum looks like eczematization which require treatment
