Greetings! Have this always been there? - are they the size of a pin head . if yes -these are called tysons glands or fordyce spots and usually normal and present in most men. However, in case of any doubt or if you have had any history of unprotected exposure - please see a qualified dermatologist near you - get examined and confirm the diagnosis.
