Usually girls are prone for infection .                     1 .Let her take tab flucanazole 150 mg 1tab weekly for 3 weeks .  2. Tab citrizine 1tab twice daily for 3 days.

she has to clean the private parts thoroughly with soap &hot water .& clean the under garments ( cotton ) with soap and hot water .

Drink plenty of water minimum 10 glasses per day .

It must be fungal infection . .get he examined by gynaec near you . .get a urine test and local hygiene to be maintained by frequent change of undergarments.

Tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg twice a day for 5 days Tablet cetrizine twice a day for 3 days Candid B gel for local application
