White (or yellowish discharge) from eye is suggestive of conjunctivitis due to bacterial or viral infection. She needs antibiotic eye drops instilled for a few days.
Next Steps
Consult an ophthalmologist.
Health Tips
If untreated it can spread deeper into the eye or to the other eye.

It can be blepharitis or conjunctivitis...eye bring a vital organ need to be seen by eye specialist as self medication might damage cornea if it is viral keratoconjunctivitis
