White colour open wound on Anus
Hi Doctor, I was feeling little pain on my Anus. I have taken image  in that I can see a open white wound near to anus (image is attached). Also I have taken colonoscopy 18 months before and report attached. Please look at image and suggest.

Look like fissure in ano and this is sentinel tag. Local examination recommended.
