White beard and hairfall problem.

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am just 23 and at this age my beard start coming white and i have seen 5 to 6 white hair on my chest as well. hair fall is also on track, i regularly need to shave to hide my white beard from others. please i just need some advise what is going on with me,let me kno any treatment so that it can be stopped. i have a muscular body regularly hit gym.
