For last 6 months I am experiencing pains in knees & heels. When I sit for long time & in the morning after my sleep I experience walking painful

Dear sir, Heel pain may be due to plantar fascitis. Usually it recovers with exercises for stretching of tendo achilles. Knee pain in this age may be because of osteoarthritis. Need to evaluate clinically to advice appropriate treatment. Please consult an Orthopaedic surgeon.
