  4. While sitting 77 bpm. Minimal exertion?

While sitting 77 bpm
Hi I'm observing that my heart rate increases while cooking 135-140bpm and while sitting it's 75-80bpm why so much raise with minimal exertion? Is this normal or any issue 3months back I did ECHO and TMT test report was normal plz suggest
