Hi we can’t endorse a product. But here is a basic guideline for you to pick a sunscreen 1. Sun Protection Factor (SPF): Choose a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. This will provide adequate protection against harmful UV rays. 2. Broad-spectrum protection: Look for a sunscreen that offers broad-spectrum protection, which means it protects against both UVA and UVB rays. 3. Water-resistant: If you plan to be in the water or sweating, choose a water-resistant sunscreen that will stay on longer. 4. Skin type: Consider your skin type when choosing a sunscreen. If you have sensitive skin, look for a sunscreen that is fragrance-free and hypoallergenic. 5. Application: Choose a sunscreen that is easy to apply and won't leave a white residue on your skin. 6. Expiration date: Check the expiration date on the sunscreen before purchasing it. Expired sunscreen may not provide adequate protection. 7. Amount: Apply enough sunscreen to cover all exposed skin. A general rule of thumb is to use about one ounce (a shot glass full) for each application. Remember to reapply sunscreen every two hours or after swimming or sweating. Now more specific zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, which are generally considered safe for people with hormonal imbalances. Avoid one with Oxybenzone: Octinoxate: Retinyl Palmitate: Homosalate: Octocrylene: In hormone imbalance conditions Hope this helps. God Bless!
