Hello doctor. if the doctor holds transducer on right side of my stomach and shows me placenta, does that mean my placenta is on right of my uterus? just anted to know is it in right or no?

Hello..... Ultrasound is required to know the site of placenta.. It's usually situated in anterior part of uterus.. It could be in right or left side.. If transducer detect the placenta in right side then it's on right side... Don't worry ,doctor will write position in report.
