If no periods for 3 months first do a pregnancy test with morning sample fasting urine. You can also do a ultrasound for confirmation of pregnancy and endometrial thickness.If pregnancy is not there and endometrial thickness is more than 10 mm you can start Tablet Meprate 10 mg twice a day for 5 days

Next Steps

If endometrial thickness is less than 10 and pregnancy is not there you can start Tablet OVULAC LD at bedtime for 21 nights

You will get your periods after you stop taking the medication after 7 days Drink lots of water and fruits juice Take a boiled egg daily Avoid stress and dehydration Take 3 fruits of your choice daily
