Which multi vitamin regularly taken.
Iam a pure vegetarian. Last year undergone hysterectomy because of ovarian cyst. Which multivitamin I should take regularly to remain  active. Sometimes I get full body pain don't feel like doing anything. Always get pain in one or other body parts

You can take Tab nurokind D3  eveday after food. It has vit b12 which you need as you are a vegetarian. It also has vit d and some antioxidants

You are strictly vegetarian so should take Vitamin B12 along with Vitamin C and amino acids with antioxidant combinations and also you should take tab Folic acid 5mg daily for folate deficiency.
