I mostly feel hungry at late nights and this spoils the sleep.

That is not a healthy habit..have your dinner two hours before you sleep.. even water should be avoided if possible... minimum 3 litres of fluids should be consumed daily ,but that should be finished before 7pm.. so that when you sleep your certain organs like kidney can also rest during that time...
