Take sufficient green leafy vegetables and drink enough water regularly. Adopt photo protective measures whenever u are in sunexposure. Apply daily lactocalamine lotion plus elovera gel whole as as routine cosmetics also apply this combination whole face over night. Take antioxidant with vitamin E C daily. Sometimes u can do cold milk saffron facial twice wkly at home to enhance your skin glow. For dis facial take little cold milk unboiled milk add few strands of saffron in it just do facial in circular motions using cotton balls. It will enhance your skin glow.
