Which is better for improving heart muscle and left ventricular dilation in the long run...crategeus q or essentia aurea wsi golds drops ..because 3 to 4 doctors I have consulted all are giving different opinion in prescription..im taking telvas 20 also for bp ..plz plz advise..essentia aurea I had taken from 2020 to 2021bas a heart tonic from local doctor
