When to drink warm water
I have been advised by doctor that to treat constipation I need to drink 8 to 10 glasses of warm water. Please let me know when are the right times throughout the day to drink water? Also I have been heard that warm water will be consumed less compared to cold water and this may cause dehydration. Please advice

The reason we advise patients to consume plenty of water is that if there is less water in the body then the stools will be hard causing difficulty while passing the stools. Consume more water after having high protein foods such as meat and eggs. More importantly it is advisable to consume healthy the diet rich in vegetables and fruits ( fruits are moderate restricted if you have diabetes mellitus)
