I have a history of sciatia when I was 23. Ever since then, I do have complains of muscle pain just before my periods onset. Of late, I am facing issue with my left knee where when I walk, I feel a stitch like sound. My blood reports suggests my vitamin D levels are low. Its above 30.

Hello mam, This pain might be because of PMS in association with decreased Vitamin D level. It is better to start back strengthening exercises,  hot fomentation, vitamin d tablets..
