I lay on my back head flat look at obe point in the ceiling the whole room spins my eyes dart back n forth trying to recenter feel nauseous when i lift ny head upright it goes away

You seem to be suffering from vertigo which may be due to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo which is a common type of vertigo disorder. You may need to undergo test known as Dix Hallipike maneuver for confirmation of diagnosis. If confirmed treatment is by doing simple manner known as Epley maneuver
