I am feeling a daily headache on both side temples and front nose bridge and the back of my head , MRI of brain is normal, I want to know sinus can cause this type of headache, I am also feeling popping in ears

Sinusitis can cause frontal headache.. As you have temporal headache.. then we need to rule out tension headache as well.
