When Can I Get Antibody test Done?

I was diagnosed Covid positive on 3rd April. I had mild symptoms and I quarantined myself at home, and took necessary precautions and medication. Now my follow up test was conducted on 17th and on 19th I received my report with a negative result. I want to get an antibody test done. But I have been told that you have to wait for a few days after recovvery to check if antibodies are formed. Can someone exactly tell me when will I be eligible for the antibody test. And if the test shows desired results, when can I donate my plasma?
