This may be due to fever. Check your oral temp. by kkeping the tip of digital thermometer at one side under tongue at farthest place. Wait for the beep. Check the temp. Morning evening at least. You may also be having asihma like condition causing breathlessness in morning. This may be due to some viral ds. or some allergen. You must consult a physician for diagnosis & treatment.

You should make a record of your temp. You must consult your family physician for better understanding of the disease. You may have to undergo blood tests and sputum exam, urine exam. In the mean time you may take tab paracetamol 500 mg twice or thrice a day when the temp is more than 100 F. The fever may be simply because of some viral infection, urinary infection, etc. But you should consult your family physician for better understanding of the problem.
