I have been suffering from acidity issues .So I have heard about wheatgrass as complete diet supplement and help in boosting immunity with disease elimination. Can I consume it ? If yes then how and which brand powder is recommended ? Please suggest ..I want to consume it ...is there any side effects of it ? Please suggest .

Wheat grass has multiple of benefits, one of the benefit is reducing acidity. But only one food product cannot make much of change, it required balanced nutrition with correct lifestyle.
Go for fresh wheat grass can be grown in a pot. Daily small portion can be cut it out to make some juice/puree. Drink early morning for good result.
