You have to drink plenty of water and home made juices.Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.Go for boiled food or have very limited amount of oil.Avoid spicy ,junk and oily food.A big no to canned and processed foods.Go for high fibre foods such as oats ,almonds.
