What It Is: Planning a day with intentional positive elements.
How It Helps: Increases control over happiness by stacking small joys.
Steps:
Before bed or morning, list 3 things to make tomorrow good (e.g., "coffee break, music, a walk").
Schedule them loosely (e.g., "walk at noon").
Do them, noticing how each feels—takes 5 minutes to plan, plus execution.
When to Use: To turn a mundane day into a brighter one.

Hi. It must be really tough for you to enjoy the activities whatever you must be doing. I would recommend to go for the hobbies which you really enjoyed but left due to certain circumstances. You can reintroduce that hobby and start with baby steps. May be you start and then feel I don’t want to do it the next day or it’s boring. That’s absolutely ok. But don’t stop doing take pauses but don’t put a full stop slowly you will start enjoying. Go out go for walks try just try even if you don’t want or feel that some is pulling you back.
If nothing works try consulting a therapist and take professional help
Hi,
It's commendable that you're taking proactive steps through yoga, meditation, and a healthy diet. Given your preference for using your smartphone, structure your day around engaging activities that don't require intense concentration but can still provide fulfillment. Start with a morning routine that includes your existing practices, then consider spending time on educational or entertaining contentâlike podcasts, audiobooks, or documentaries tailored to your interests. Explore creative apps, such as drawing or music-making, that allow self-expression. Participate in online communities or forums to connect with others, share experiences, and seek support. Schedule short breaks throughout the day to avoid overwhelm, and dedicate some time to work on your business using simple tasks or videos that can guide you. Ensure you also set aside relaxing moments for mindfulness or light entertainment in the evening to wind down before bed. Adjust this structure based on what feels right, allowing flexibility while maintaining some routine.

Hi
Using a smart phone will make you feel more depressed. Social media has psychological effects.
Even if you are aware of your depression, it is very important to know the cause of it. Depression can be caused due to low self esteem and confidence. Not living up to your expectations can make you feel low.
You may be working on your physical health but cleaning up your psychological part is very much needed.
U can come in to talk about it.. to find the cause of depression and how to cope with it
