If you are allergic to something, then your asthmatic attacks can be prevented by keeping away from those substances. You can go for allergen testing and if you come to know those substances then their elimination from your life can save you from asthma. Known allergens are dust particles, pollens of folwers, smoke, mites etc. Keep away from these things.
