Recently I have facing some problems
1. Headache,Vertigo, dizziness, pain in back side of head.
2. Neck and shoulder pain.
For neck pain I have done cervical spine x-ray. It shows I have bilateral cervical rib. I have consulted one orthopaedic Doctor for neck pain . Now , neck and shoulder pain slightly reduce. But vertigo and problem in head should not improve.
What should I do right now?

Hi there. Your symptoms seem unrelated to the findings on the xray. Vertigo has many causes, most of them benign at your age, however a detailed evaluation and discussion with you will be required for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Next Steps
Please take online consultation with a neurologist
Health Tips
You can continue the previous medications meanwhile.
