My name is ISHWIN JAISWAL(female).My age is 24 and my weight is 66. I am suffering from small bulges of c3-4 c4-5 and C5-6 disc from 2017. I compleate my treatment at November 2017 of traction for 4 days. I have been doing exercise from 2 year. Where my stomach and cheek get reduced but my biceps and thigh do not see any difference so that's why i start gym and cardio but i share about my disc issues with my trainer but i am not satisfy with his training. I need to know to our physiotherapist and orthopaedic that which type of gym experience and cardio i should do and which type of experience can be dangerous for me. Please help me.

There are certain exercises you need to avoid in order to not exacerbate the problem such as lifting weights etc. The form is most important in the gym even for regular exercises. Please get training from a qualified person.
Don’t lift very heavy weights.
