What should I do
I have facing chest pain ( sometimes in right and sometimes in left) for near about 10 days. I have done chest X ray and ECG . Both test report is ok. I don't understand for what reason I have this pain .

Better to do ECHO and TMT RBS if if don't  have any  risk factors than yes it's may be a muscular pain

Looks like a muscular pain. Heart related pain at your age is unlikely
