But my concern is that my child is 15 years old and has been sneezing a lot.
Today Morning he has sneezed more 8 times
What should I do?

Hi.
Maintain distancing. Sneezing can be due to allergy or cold. Wait for 1-2 days. If he develops fever, consult a nearby paediatrician immediately

Maintain Social Isolation. Just take medicine for cold.
In case you notice any fever, cough , abdominal troubles or discomfort get yourself and other family members tested for COVID19.
