You have been prescribed anti anxiety drugs,  lipid lowering drugs  and nutrional supplements.  Continue prescribed treatment. But you have H. Pylori infection as well causing gastritis. You can take plenty of fresh green vegetables,  more of beet root, turnip, fruits like pappaya,  pomegranate,  citrus fruits, apples. Avoid spinach, tomatoes, beans, beer, spicy and oily food. Take small frequent meals. Take tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily before breakfast for 30 days. Tab clarithromycin 500mg one morning and one evening for 10 days. Tab amoxycilin 500mg one morning and one evening for 10 days. Repeat lipid profile, H.pylori , uric acid after 4 weeks.
