Hi... Stalopam Lite is a combination of Clonazepam and Escitalopram, which is used to treat anxiety disorders. Stalopam 10 is a Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant. Both the medications are to be consumed under medical supervision. If you have any doubts it's always better to take a second opinion by a Psychiatrist. Also, psychotherapy/counselling works much better in case of stress, anxiety, depression. Sometimes a combination of both, medication and psychotherapy works well.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist for medication and Psychologist for Counselling. CBT along with Lifestyle Guidance is required.
