I go for workout every morning and after that have 1 serving of whey protein supplement with water. In breakfast I usually try to eat fruits as I am trying to loose fat. I wanted to understand what fruits can be eaten together and what fruits should not be eaten together. Among banana, orange, grapes, watermelon, papaya, apple, pomegranate,pear,guava, muskmelon what all fruits can be taken together and what should not be. Also, is it ok to just have fruits or should I take something else such as bread or roti too? I usually have lunch by 12-1:30 which includes rice or roti and sabji and dal and salad. Wanted to know if having only fruits in breakfast is ok or should I add something else to it too and also which fruits can be taken together?

Ur wt.is propotion to ht. So ht. is important.second is only whey pr.or fruits do not reduces ur wt. it needs wkly diet planning.third is donot mix together papaya and banana r opposite in nature like this.take 1fruit at a time.

There are different issues here. All doctors may not have same opinion
1st issue - workout + whey protein + dry place and season can lead to constipation = if not treated then fistula, hence make sure to take lots of warm water.
2nd issue - Ayurveda says 2 times meals are enough, and also take meals only when you are hungry. Since majority of people do jobs that doesn't require physical work, In my opinion what you are consuming is enough. But again we should consider your prakriti.
3rd issue - fruits- As per Ayurveda sour food in morning is not adviced - orange goes out of equation in morning. Apple, papaya, watermelon, grapes that are ripe and not sour, pomegranate, pineapple again of sweet are better options. Do not mix sour and sweet taste together.
4th - only fruits enough?? Again your prakriti, agni, bala, kala, should be assessed to answer that.
All the best for your weight loss journey. Don't become dried up like tree branches in the name of weight loss.you need to weight loss not body shrink.Keep hydrated. Try to use natural protein, seasonal fruits, to know what Ayurveda says about diet and exercise contact.
