Good morning Bone marrow must have been done for low blood cell count. As per report smear is mild hypocellular but only spuressed cell like is megakaryocytes which is not consistent hypocellularity. Interestingly trephine biopsy of marrow is normal. This rules out bone marrow pathology. If there are low cell count persisting visit to hematologist is must.
