What causes dark circles under eyes
I am a male 18 years of age. I have sunken eyes and dark circles which make me look tired. Everyone asks me that I have not slept well or what? What are the causes of this dark circles? I sleep on time and also eat on time, still I have these dark circles.

Hi, though darks circle causes pigmentation. The main cause on most of the time are depression of soft tissue around eyes giving an appearance of hills and valleys.
The more dark look is caused shadows of this hills into depression.
Which is a sign of orbital fat volume loss.
Treatment includes non surgical single or on combination,eg fat grafting, fillers,peels ,laser.
Surgical options is Blephroplasty with fat repositioning.
