What are stress relief exercises at home
I am a 31-year-old woman and I live in a family of 5. I work all day long at the office and come home to more work and responsibilities. I want a break from all the hustle and bustle of this life. Are there any stress relief exercises to do at home? I dearly need a stress buster or else I am going to go mad soon.

Stress relief exercise are very much necessary for you.U may lesrn it from you tube or internet. But u have to Consult Psychologist or me Online or offline for learn how to deal such situation in life. There are many therapy available which help u a lot.
